"You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream."
- C.S. Lewis

The snow has finally melted out of the Wohali Valley, but the Wohali Backcountry and Lewis Peak remain engulfed in snow. With the valley floor clear of snow and warm weather upon us, Wohali received the first of many deliveries of fresh cut sod at the end of last week which was applied to the 7th hole. We look forward to watching the golf course come to life through the summer in time for the grand opening during summer 2024. Please know you don't have to wait until 2024 to play Wohali as you can play all 18 holes on a Trackman Simulator or visit Wohali this summer and critique your swing on the world class practice facility. Our first amenities building, the Manor House, will open late this summer and is a testament to the quality and detail that will go into every common amenity building at Wohali.

Wohali has also poured the foundation on the gatehouse at the entry to the community with plans to break ground on the Burrow this summer. We will also release and start construction of the first residences in Wohali Village overlooking the 9th hole and Wohali Lake. We are so excited to share the timeless architecture, European inspired village, and meticulously thought-out floor plans with sophisticated finishes designed to fit every distinguished pallet.

Please take a moment to enjoy some construction progress photos and photos from our recent ski shoot in the Wohali Back Country taken on April 7th. Wohali Backcountry will deliver incredible Utah Powder!

To learn more about all of this exciting activity we encourage you to reach out for more information and to a schedule a private on-site tour with us today.

The Manor House is coming together and beginning to show its true beauty inside and out. The construction team is currently finishing the exterior siding with the hand chiseled stone work as well as the family patio on the north side of the building.

While the team on the exterior is hard at work the team on the inside has begun staining the beautiful Brazilian timbers upstairs, where the lounge will be for golfers to gather at before practicing but also downstairs where members can get a drink and bite to eat.
