Community of Wohali

At the core of the Wohali community is Wohali Village. Wohali Village which will be home to the majority of Wohali's amenities centered around a European-style square designed to be a meeting place for family and friends. Surrounded by timeless architecture with a modern flare, the Wohali square will accommodate a quiet cup of coffee or a live concert stage for the Fourth of July. The square will include the Wohali Golf Club, restaurants, cafe, grab and go market, spa & wellness facility, pools, and fitness facilities.

Wohali offers two unique offerings, Wohali Estates and Wohali Village Residences. Families who want to build a custom home will purchase an Estate Lot with big views of Lewis Peak, Echo Reservoir, Wohali bluff, or the Eagle Championship Golf Course. Estate Lots offer privacy, space, and the ability for homeowners to build the estate of their dreams. Wohali Village Residences will flourish from the Wohali Square matured around the Nest Short Course, putting course, ponds and walking trails.
